What began in 1957 with Peter Lee’s first tenancy at Highflyer Hall has grown into one of the region’s most respected agricultural businesses. Today, we continue his legacy — blending traditional values with modern, sustainable farming practices to ensure a consistent, high-quality supply to partners across the UK.
